REFUND POLICIES

All items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days EXCEPT digital downloads ( See below ). Buyer is responsible for return shipping on items that are returned for size changes or requests for different products. Seller is responsible for shipping on return items sent erroneously ( wrong size, wrong item ).

Physical items that have been damaged in shipping will be either refunded or replaced. Please keep all shipping details, and photograph the damage so that it can be used it claims with Canada/International Post.

Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds. If there is a problem/error with your download, please email us directly at info@malkinmusic.com. You will then either be re-directed to the download link or you will be emailed the file.
